KRAKEN-CUSTOMS

The absolute best! I brought my 2011 BMW that was sputtering, stalling, engine light on and the whole kit and kaboodle. Kraken Customs brought it back to life. It runs like butter now. So smooth and it purrs. Thank you! 🥰

A#1 Service! I cannot say enough great things about Kraken Customs and the owner, Chad. When I felt like I had completely lost hope in finding a trustworthy mechanic or shop, Chad truly came through for me. From the very first phone call, he was upstanding, honest, and genuinely caring. He didn’t just help me with solutions and getting into a reliable vehicle — he treated me like family, like a sister. That kind of integrity and heart is rare these days. Chad walked me through every single step of the process, made sure I understood my options, and was more than fair the entire time. There was never a moment where I felt taken advantage of or left in the dark. His staff is amazing as well — professional, kind, and just as dedicated to doing right by their customers. You can tell the way they operate reflects Chad’s character. If you’re someone who feels like you can’t trust mechanics or auto shops anymore, let me tell you — Chad at Kraken Customs is your man. Honest, good-hearted, and truly concerned about helping people get safely back on the road. 10/10. A#1. Highly recommend! And just a little hint hint — pickles and olives are a great “thank you.” You’re new Sis 💚🍀 You’r

10/10 Very informative, they keep you in the loop and up to date with the entire process. Broke down all of my questions and concerns "Barney style", and ensured I was taken care of through the lengthy process. All in all absolutely recommend this shop and that Team of Professionals. They had to install a different engine, replace both cats, fix a supporting bracket, as well as replacing the timing belt, bracket on power steering, and thermostat, HUGE pains in my butt, but absolutely took most of the weight off my shoulders with peace of mind. - Carl S. From the moment I met these folks I felt like I'd known them my whole life. Erin at the front desk greets you with a heart-felt welcome and Chad is the consummate professional in everything he does - including building a great team that knows their way around late model and classic rides. I was in a pinch after an accident with my '56 Ford F100 trying to get it ready for the biggest F100 Show in the World. I display my truck inside the LeConte Center every year and the 2025 show was not looking good after the accident. But Chad and his team jumped in and took charge repairing the damage with excellent body work and absolutely perfect paint matching. My truck was going to be under bright lights and it had to be right. He got it right. Not only that, I changed my mind about a wrap and thought he'd be a bit pissed at me about it, but he greeted me with a big grin and gave me a refund on that part of the job. This guy has incredible integrity and he cares about his good name. I can't thank Chad, Erin and the team enough for squeezing me in and getting my classic ready for the Grand Nationals. Literally hundreds of people took photos of my truck at the show and I was beaming wit
